On a personal level, I love travel, sunshine, bare feet, folk music, sailing & anchors, farmers markets, cooking "family" dinners & good wine, singing, laughter & picture perfect memories. I currently live in Georgetown with my future wife and our 2 dogs, Lola & Miles. We are planning our own wedding for the fall of 2016.

I started this blog so I can share my life here in Washington, D.C.- events I plan or attend, life as a now 30-something in the city, stories about my experiences, and hopefully some inspirational words as well!
