• A planning session to shape your ceremony’s tone, flow, and any traditions, readings, or rituals you’d like to include

• A completely custom-written ceremony script, from opening words to the pronouncement, grounded in authenticity and connection

• Vow writing support, if you’re writing your own

• Unlimited edits to the script so it feels just right

• Officiating your ceremony on the big day — with professionalism, heart, and presence

• Legal license signing and filing

• Access to my insights from 20+ years in the wedding industry, including vendor recs and etiquette advice

• Optional rehearsal attendance, if you'd like that extra layer of coordination

Marriage License Signing

Short, sweet, and legally binding.

This option is ideal for couples who:

• Want a friend or family member to perform their ceremony but need a legal officiant for paperwork

• Are planning a destination wedding or elopement and need to be legally married beforehand

• Are already planning a symbolic ceremony and just need the legal part handled

We’ll meet at a mutually convenient time — at home, a coffee shop, or even your venue — and I’ll guide you through the quick legal process. No vows, no rings, no witnesses required (unless you want them!). Just a brief declaration, a few signatures, and you're legally married.

I’ll file the signed license with the appropriate court so everything is official and on record.

Wedding Ceremony
Script Consulting

Having a friend or family member officiate your wedding can be incredibly meaningful — and equally nerve-wracking if they’ve never done it before. That’s where I come in.

As your ceremony consultant and ghostwriter, I’ll help you create a ceremony that’s heartfelt, polished, and seamlessly delivered — without the pressure of figuring it all out on your own. Whether you're getting married in Washington, D.C. (where loved ones can legally officiate) or elsewhere, I guide you and your chosen officiant through the entire process.

Here’s how it works:
We’ll meet via video or in person to talk through your ceremony’s tone, flow, logistics, and wording. I’ll provide structure, examples, and seasoned advice to help your officiant feel confident and prepared. Then, I’ll draft a fully custom script that reflects your love story, values, and personality — and revise it with you until it feels just right.

You’ll walk away with a ready-to-go ceremony script and a sense of calm knowing everything is beautifully taken care of.

Elopement Ceremony

For couples who want a meaningful ceremony without the production of a full wedding day, this service is the sweet spot between simplicity and significance.

Elopements are perfect for those getting married with just a few guests, in an intimate setting, or on a day that feels personally important — whether that’s in your backyard, a park, a mountaintop, or city hall steps.

Your ceremony will be based on a beautifully written Humanist script that reflects my core values of love, equality, connection, and intention. You’ll have the opportunity to read your own vows, exchange rings, and create a moment that feels true to who you are.

I’ll handle the legal officiating and license filing — you handle the magic.

Elopement Planning + Design
& Officiating

All-in-one guidance for your perfectly intimate celebration.

Each year, I take on a select number of full-service elopements for couples who want their small wedding to feel effortless, beautiful, and deeply personal.

This is more than just officiating — it’s a curated planning and design experience for weddings with fewer than 20 guests (the two of you + 18 of your favorite people). Whether you're envisioning a mountaintop ceremony, a chic city garden gathering, or a hidden gem of a venue, I’ll guide you through every detail.

Together, we’ll build a custom proposal tailored to your vision and logistics. Your package may include:

• Location scouting and venue referrals

• Timeline creation and appointment scheduling

• Vendor curation (photographers, florists, stylists, musicians, etc.)

• Floral, design, and styling direction

• Food and beverage coordination

• Transportation recommendations and booking assistance

• Full ceremony officiating with a custom script

Think of it as hiring a wedding planner, designer, and officiant in one — someone who’s been in the industry for 20+ years and knows how to make magic happen on a small scale.
