Planning a 2017 wedding?
Looking for new and beautiful ways to tell your love story?
Your wedding day should not only be beautiful, but unique to you, as a couple.
So, here are a few upcoming trends we see in 2017 to help you brainstorm for your own special day...
A Color Comeback
Color is making a comeback, versus all-white weddings. Couple's are considering less budget for florals and adding more non-floral props, as well as hanging centerpieces.
From charcoal to blue-greys, or grey-browns, This color palette is perfect for the bride who wants to achieve a classic, sophisticated feel that won’t seem dated or look too trendy in years to come.
Brides continue to embrace copper, rose gold, and pewter because they’re so versatile. From black-tie events to garden party soirée, metallics are a perfect match to any color pallet or style.
Peonies, garden roses, ranunculus, dahlias and other “soft-petal” blooms are the top-requested flowers from coast to coast — and for good reason. They are beautiful! Loose rose petals scattered among floating candle or beautiful floral garland are two other floral trends on the rise in 2017.
There will always be a place for the traditional wedding cake but more couples are embracing alternatives such as donuts-walls, customized wedding cookies, an ice cream sundae bar, even a cheesecake (literally)!
Mismatched Bridesmaid Dresses
More and more brides are "customizing" their wedding day by letting their bridesmaids choose their own gowns in colors and cuts that flatter their bodies and personalities!
Who doesn't love that?!
All in all, we believe in a personalized approach to wedding planning, not just following the latest trends. Every couple deserves a wedding that reflects their unique personality, values, and relationship.
